Not only was the quality of their work excellent, but they were both so professional and pleasant to work with. They ensured that our expectations were met every step of the way. I just wanted to let you know that the work at my home (fence and shed) has been completed and the guys you sent over were fantastic. Very neat and tidy they even raked the lawn. They were great guys, very personable, respectful and hard working, especially considering the weather the past couple of days, cold, rainy, ice pellets, windy and they just worked through the whole thing. the workmanship of each of the crews assigned to the job (two moving crews, the construction crew and the flooring company) was excellent.
In particular the young man who took care of the carpentry, drywall and painting was highly skilled, diligent and efficient. For the most part he worked alone and I admired the quality of his work, his work ethic and his professionalism.

My wife and I want to extend our thanks to you and your team, for the excellent service you provided on our recent claim. Of course, we were very annoyed that the water damage occurred in the first place, but once we came to grips with the situation, we realized it could always have been worse.
Your initial response team provided quick service as soon as the damage was reported, and subsequently, the project manager and his support crew proposed the remediation plan. Each of the trades assigned by Grand Rapids Water Restoration did excellent work, and we are happy with the results.
Most importantly in this type of situation, the administrators, project manager, and the sub-trades, communicated well, and gave reasonable and accurate information during each step of the process. This communication was very helpful to us, in our planning.
